The second step is the formation of your unique treatment plan. Your teeth will be scanned or impressions are made. Using these impressions, Dr. Sean Ky will map out your customized, precise treatment plan. This will include the exact movement of your teeth and an estimated length of treatment.
During the third step, your nearly invisible Invisalign aligners will be created. Wear the aligners over your teeth for 20 to 22 hours each day to achieve the best results. You can take out your aligners to eat and to clean your teeth.
The fourth step includes your progress with your aligners. Each pair of aligners will gradually shift your teeth into their proper places. About every week, you will progress to the next set of aligners.
In the fifth and final step, a retainer may be recommended to help you keep your new, straightened smile.
